Outdoor dining is going to look a lot different this summer.

While some cities are beginning to ease their social distancing guidelines so that restaurants can offer sit-down dining al fresco (see: Chicago and the Twin Cities), most are only allowing limited capacity seating on sidewalks, decks, and patios, with tables rearranged to be least six feet apart, and requiring servers to wear face masks at all times.

Realistically, you might be better off relegating your hangs to a (socially distant) cookout instead, at least for now. If that's the case, an air fryer would be a wise investment — it can help you recreate your go-to bar snacks and fried foods at home, but with way less oil than a restaurant would use. Read more...
